Design Features
Our Locking USB 3.0 A/C Cables meet the needs. The magic happens within the M2.0 screw technology, which provides reliable signal connections in high-vibration environments, helping prevent connectors from loosening and disabling safety-critical or vital operations. The gold-plated connectors provide a solid, high-quality connection between devices. They are corrosion-resistant, ensuring low contact resistance: eight unique models and up-angle capabilities to fit the most diverse applications. The undermold shield prevents unwanted EMI/RFI interference, ensuring this cable remains the best value on the market. These cables support bi-directional 5Gbps data transfer and 3A/60W Power output simultaneously on all pins, making them ideal for applications such as high-speed device charging and data transmission. The integration of these features makes the cable more reliable and comparable to other USB cables.
Application
These secure cables are ideal for industrial and commercial applications that require high-quality, reliable connections. In the industry, these offer secure connections for industrial cameras, PLC systems, and machines that require vibration resistance. The medical sector relies on the required. Some of these applications include transportation devices (such as fleet vehicles, aircraft avionics, and marine devices), in which the keep-connecting mechanism can enable a device to maintain desirable connectivity even while being constantly subjected to vibrations or other motions. In power applications, they are the perfect choice for field-testing equipment, enabling remote monitoring and control in harsh environments. Cables are also ideal for research laboratories, broadcasting applications, and outdoor digital signage, where security and environmental resistance are a concern.
Quality Control
We apply a stringent quality-control process and subject the cables to rigorous testing to ensure they meet exacting specifications. Our electrical test has demonstrated 5 Gbps throughput across various load conditions and 3A power-delivery compliance. The locking mechanism is for use in harsh environments. We guarantee quality by achieving up to 80N of pull-up force with the lock, and insertion durability of more than 10,000 mating cycles. Environmental tests include thermal cycling from -40 to 85°C and humidity exposure validation. Every production is tested via sampling for signal integrity, power delivery efficiency, and mechanical quality. All of our cables are certified and come with test documentation for quality control and a guarantee.
Customization Options
We have specific applications. We offer versions with custom angles and programs to suit any fitment requirement. Custom lengths from 0.2m to 5.0m are available, with cable-specific length tolerances to ensure performance in any multi-run installation. For industrial applications, the highly flexible jacket options include industrial-grade PVC, low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) compounds, and UV-resistant materials for outdoor installations. Color-coded beyond black, custom Pantone matches are available for brand and system matching. Connector finishing options include various plating thicknesses, colored housings, and custom laser etching featuring part numbers or company logos. In addition to standard packaging, we can supply cables in bulk on reels, individually bagged, with or without retail tags and ties.

Our cables feature an M2 locking version and ensure reliable connections in high-vibration environments, helping prevent loosening. This is especially useful in industrial implementations where connection quality is critical.
Single screw options provide excellent security for standard needs, and our two-screw models deliver increased stability in high-vibration environments or critical applications that require maximum connection security.
The cable can work with any USB 3.0 A host and USB-C devices, such as industrial cameras, medical devices, test instruments, and automobiles, requiring fast data transmission or secure, stable connections.
We offer 0.3m, 1m, 2m, and 3m standard lengths; Custom lengths are available from 0.2M to 5.0M (OEM order only) while maintaining signal performance.
Yes, but the charge is not the fast charging.
The M2.0 locks have been proven to withstand more than 5,000 coupling cycles without degrading performance. The system maintains tight connections under 80N pull force and industrial-level vibration.
We offer our comprehensive hand-driven design that is adjustable, with different angles and single/double screw holes, so you can get the installation you need in tight spaces where standard cables won’t fit.
Yes, with the suitable jacket material and other protective measures for outdoor-grade and rough-service versions. There are coatings and materials specifically designed to handle harsh temperature, moisture, or chemical conditions.
In general, units are available in 3-5 days. Custom configurations require 15-20 days for production, and complete OEM projects with special requests typically require 30 days from order confirmation.
We provide comprehensive technical documentation and direct engineering assistance for more complex installations.
Our cables are CE/FCC/RoHS-certified and work strictly to the USB-IF standard. We perform additional industrial-quality testing, including vibration resistance, pull force, and environmental durability tests.

Step 1: Preparing and Inspecting Your Parts
Make sure you have the correct cable exit option (single-screw or dual-screw lock, straight/right-angle/up-angle connector, etc.) before installation. Verify that the panel thickness is compatible with the locking mechanism (the other models support panels 1–3 mm). Verify the panel to be mounted on has (pre)installed threaded nuts or mounting holes that correspond to the selected screw size (M2 for USB-C end, M3 for USB 3.0 A end). Keep the connector and panel surfaces clean to prevent foreign materials from entering the connection.
Step 2: Align and Insert Connector, then connect connectors.
Keep the cable connector parallel to the panel, with the locking screws aligned opposite and ready to be threaded into the nuts on the bottom of the servicing panel. You should be able to push the connector in until it is pressed against the panel. Do not push the connector in; if it does not slide in, recheck the alignment.
Step 3: Fasten the Locking Screws
Using an appropriate screwdriver (typically Phillips #00 for M2 and #0 for M3), tighten the screws clockwise until they engage the panel threads. On single-screw models, as tight as possible within reason (though not over-torqued). For twin-screws, tighten the screws in turn to ensure proper pressure and equal tension. Recommended torque: 0.4–0.6 N·m.
Step 4: Cable Routing and Strain Relief
Lay out the cable according to its intended path, with a minimum bending radius of 15 mm. Secure the cable with a cable clamp or an adhesive mount every 150 to 200 mm; do not apply sharp bends or tension near the connector. If the application moves or vibrates, attach a strain relief clip near the connector.
Step 5: Last Check & Test Drive. If you got this far without blowing anything up, congratulations.
Pull on the cord gently to ensure it locks securely. Test the connection to ensure both data transfer (file copy) and the charging function are working correctly. For double-ended locking models, Steps 2–3 must be repeated on the other device/panel.
Notes:
- DO NOT over-tighten screws, as they can strip the threads or crack the connector’s plastic housing.
- For applications in which there is considerable plugging and unplugging, it may be necessary to monitor the tightness of screws routinely.
- In high-vibration environments, use a thread-locking fluid to prevent screws from loosening over time.
- Contact for screws of other lengths or spacers.
